My office hours are times when I will try to ensure that I am in my office (see above). My normal office hours during term time are shown on the School's Contact details and office hours web page, but they may be superseded by whatever is shown on my internet calendar (see below). You are also welcome to come to my office any time between 10 am and 12 noon or between 2 and 5 pm and I will see you if possible.

For details of my teaching, other commitments and office hours on a day-to-day basis, please subscribe to my public internet calendar (iCal) at

http://calendars.office.microsoft.com/pubcalstorage/ckrgrh5z1385740/Francis_Wright_Calendar.ics

using an iCal enabled application such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Windows Live Calendar, Google Calendar or Apple iCal.

Using Microsoft Office Outlook
If you have Outlook installed on your computer then just click on the URL for my calendar shown above, allow Windows to open the file, and my calendar will appear as an additional calendar in Outlook. (I have only tested this with Outlook 2007.)
Using Windows Live Calendar
Open Windows Live Calendar. If you don't already use Windows Live then you will need to register for a Windows Live ID, which is free. Click the Subscribe link towards the top left of the screen. Copy and paste the URL for my calendar shown above, enter a name for this calendar and click the "Subscribe to calendar" button.
Using Google Calendar
Open Google Calendar. If you don't already have a Google Account then you will need to register with Google, which is free. Find the box headed "Other calendars" at the bottom left of the screen, click on the "Add" link at the bottom and select "Add by URL". Copy and paste the URL for my calendar shown above and click the "Add Calendar" button.
